The SC 2 EasyFix entry-level steam cleaner is easy and intuitive to use and offers a 2-stage steam control to adjust the steam intensity to the surface and degree of soiling. Practical accessory storage on the appliance and the parking position for the floor nozzle are useful details for even more convenient steam cleaning. The EasyFix floor nozzle with flexible joint guarantees maximum ergonomics and ensures perfect cleaning results thanks to the lamella technology. Thanks to the convenient Velcro system, the floor cloth can be quickly and easily attached to the floor nozzle and removed without coming into contact with dirt. The SC 2 EasyFix cleans completely without chemicals and can be used universally. Thorough cleaning with the steam cleaner eliminates up to 99.999 % of viruses1 and 99.99 % of all common household bacteria2 on standard household hard surfaces. Thanks to the wide range of accessories, tiles, hobs, extractor hoods and even the smallest crevices are hygienically clean. Even stubborn dirt is reliably removed.d.
1 When spot cleaning with the Kärcher steam cleaner, i.e. a steaming time of 30 seconds at maximum steam level with direct contact with the surface to be cleaned, 99.999 % of enveloped viruses, such as influenza viruses (with the exception of the hepatitis B virus), can be removed from standard household, smooth hard surfaces (test germ: modified vaccinia virus Ankara).
2 When cleaning at a cleaning speed of 30 cm/s at maximum steam level and in direct contact with the surface to be cleaned, 99.99 % of all common household bacteria on common household, smooth hard surfaces are killed (test germ: Enterococcus hirae).
