It is covered with foam, thanks to which it fits well in the hand, does not slip during exercise, it also prevents corns and abrasions. The plates are filled with compacted cement mix and rubber, which prevents scratches and scratches on the floor surface. Thanks to the built-in handles they can also be used as dumbbells. They are covered with colored rubber, where each color corresponds to a different load. Clamps included in the set allow you to properly press the plates and keep them in place regardless of the exercise.
