The Falcon Eyes Satel II is a professional 600Ws studio flash, powered by the supplied removable battery. The Satel II offers the ability to use it everywhere, without being dependent on a power outlet. The high-speed trigger lets you flash at a shutter speed up to 1/8000s second. The 2.4GHz connection between the RF-S2 transmitter and Satel II guarantees a reliable solution. There are two kits available, for both Canon and Nikon cameras. At this moment you are viewing the Nikon version. At full power it can flash up to 400 times, on one battery charge. After 6 hours, the battery is fully charged. The guide number for this flash is 68.
Comparison Satel OneThe Satel II offers the option to choose a faster shutter speed: 1/8000s versus 1/200s second. Thanks to the new design, it’s also easier to swap the battery. The Satel II is able to flash multiple times in a very short period of time, which creates a stroboscope effect. This offers new creative possibilities, for example while capturing extreme sports. A light measurement can be performed based on TTL, which reduces the risk of overexposure or underexposure.
Usage Satel IIThe usage of the Satel II is very wide: the flash is a must-have for anyone who makes photos on location. Whether it's weddings, sports matches, portraits or product photography: from now on, you'll have the best imaginable light situation everywhere. There comes a handle with the Satel II, which allows you to easily hold the flash. The 3/8 inch screw thread and spigot adapter offer the ability to place the Satel II on a lamp stand. This also makes the Satel II an important tool for shooting in a studio setting.
Optional accessoriesThe Satel Two is equipped with a Bowens connection. Accessories with a Falcon Eyes connection are not suitable if you can replace the adapter ring. You will find various suitable accessories under the tabs ‘Optional Accessories’.
