Gut wer da einen Wechselsack zur Hand hat.
Bei den Großformatfotografen gehörte er schon immer zur Standardausrüstung, denn nur so war es möglich die Filme in den Planfilmkassetten zu wechseln, weitab vom heimischen Studio und der eigenen "Einlegekammer". Es war und ist die Dunkelkammer für unterwegs. Rechts und links mit Handeingriffen, die per Gummizug eng am Handgelenk anliegen, damit kein Licht hineinkommt. Und an der gegenüberliegenden Seite mit einer großen Reißverschluss-Öffnung, die - wenn geschlossen, dann ebenfalls lichtdicht - das Hineinlegen von Planfilmkassetten, Filmpackungen oder eben (bei Filmriss) der kompletten Kamera erlaubte.
Aber heute? Im Zeitalter der digitalen Fotografie?
Hat da ein Wechselsack immer noch Sinn?
Ja, absolut!!!
Denn nichts ist praktischer, um wettergeschützt Objektive an der Kamera zu wechseln. Schon so manch einer hat sich beim Objektivwechsel am Meer viel Sand in den Kamerabody wehen lassen und so manch einer im Gebirge von Eiskristallen im Wind den Sensor kaputt machen lassen.
Umher fliegender Blütenstaub kann ebenso ganz schön "anhänglich" sein. Aufgewirbelte Staub in einer Werkstatt ist bei Industrieaufnahmen auch nicht zu unterschätzen. Nicht immer kann man zum Objektivwechsel in geschützte Räume entfliehen.
