It’s a light multi-purpose knife with 158mm blade for cutting fruits and vegetables, sausages, cheese, etc.
It is with this knife that you can do almost any work - from scaling fish to slicing bread or dainties. A fancy blade is convenient for all kitchen doings, and it is both easy and pleasant to handle.
Single-layer steel with a blacksmith's work pattern and optimal quenching of up to 58 units is absolutely corrosion resistant and capable of maintaining the blade sharpness for extended periods.
