This Samura Santoku knife has a traditional Japanese geometry, with its spine descended to the point. This shape with a forward-shifted center of gravity is ideal for chopping, shredding, and a variety of other activities. Undulating notches above the cutting edge line prevent food from adhering to the blade when manipulated.
The metal bolster, which smoothly flows into a comfortable handle, prevents your hand from coming into contact with food. The Japanese do have an eye for convenient cooking, and this santoku is a valuable confirmation of this!

The traditional Japanese knife Santoku is perfect for slicing, chopping and chopping products.
