Levenhuk Wezzer Cook MT60 thermometer with two thermoprobes on flexible wire cables is a very useful device for cooking. You can measure the temperature of two dishes that are being cooked in different places at the same time. For example, one can be on the stove and the other on the grill. Thanks to the option to set up an overtemperature alarm, the thermometer can tell you if the cooking temperature gets higher than required. In this way, it prevents the meat from burning or a pastry from excessively drying out. There is also a built-in timer.
The main function of the thermoprobe is a function of a classic thermometer that can measure a wide range of temperatures. For example, in case of an emergency, it can replace a standard medical thermometer to measure body temperature. It will also help measure the temperature of bath water and the temperature of the ambient air indoors or outdoors. If you take the thermoprobe with you on a trip, you can monitor the conditions of stored products in a portable cooler bag. It can also become helpful while brewing the sorts of tea that are especially sensitive to the brewing temperature.
Temperature values get displayed on the built-in monochrome backlit screen. The controls are located below: You can use them to select which probe to use and in which measurement units (°F or °C).
The device runs on two standard batteries. To save power, there is an auto-off function for both the backlight and the device itself.
