The S1230A drive enclosure is the hardware for professionals. It is compatible with all the latest M.2 SSD standards and sizes. Thanks to this enclosure, you can always have your data with you and run it on your TV, computer or any other device with a USB port.
M.2 enclosure 2280, 2260, 2242, 2230
Unitek S1230A is an enclosure created for M.2 drives, the latest standard among storage media. M.2 drives are much smaller than their 2.5" counterparts, and this enclosure is suitable for M.2 2280, 2260, 2242 and 2230 drives. The first two digits in this designation indicate the width of such a drive (22 mm in each case), and the next two indicate its length. The Unitek S1230A enclosure is compatible with all the listed M.2 drive lengths.
Fast data exchange compatibility with NVMe and SATA interfaces
The S1230A is a universal enclosure for M.2 drives and is therefore compatible not only with all available drive sizes, but also with NVMe and SATA interfaces. The NVMe specification represents a new standard in data transfer, placing a drive in an NVMe-compatible enclosure enables data transfer rates of up to 10 Gbps. Unitek's M.2 NVMe S1230A drive enclosure is the equipment for professionals who appreciate the express transfer of even very large files!
As one of the few models, the enclosure also supports M.2 SATA drives with a B+M key.
Express installation of an SSD in the enclosure!
The Unitek S1230A is an extremely intuitive and easy-to-use M.2 SSD enclosure. Simply slide out the drawer and place the SSD in it, then place the pressure piece at the correct level for the length of the drive. Now all you have to do is close the enclosure, plug in the USB-C cable and go to work!
Minimalist and elegant
With its dimensions, the Unitek S1230A M.2 SSD enclosure is more akin to a memory stick than a traditional hard drive enclosure. Omniva courier delivery
The courier will transport your goods from Photopoint straight to the provided address. The delivery will take place at workdays from 08:00 to 17:00. Hold your phone near you as the courier will call you prior to its arrival. Please make sure there is someone at the destination, eligible to receive the shipment.
