The accompanying guide describes how to use the cards for therapeutic guidance and inspiration or as part of Healing InSight, a belief-changing method. The cards contain high-vibration color representations of the chakras that can be used as tools for therapeutic guidance and positive manifestation. Energy therapist and psychologist Nikki Gresham-Record explains how unhealthy beliefs can take root in the chakras, causing energy blocks that affect us emotionally, mentally and spiritually. There are 8 different cards for each chakra and the deck includes a main chakra card and 7 chakra aspect cards.
