Besides the fact that the Big Case is really big, it is also really sturdy. The thick sides ensure that the Big Case can take a hefty knock when being transported. This is an impact that under other circumstances would have to be absorbed by your camera with all its consequences, An extra section can be found on the front and offers space for business or address cards and optionally a consignment note.
A splash proof nylon is used, so you don't have to seek shelter for your suit case when it starts to rain. A flap is attached around the cover that protects the zip against rain. The bottom is provided with a rubber coating, so the case can be placed on a swampy ground without concern. The Caruba Big Case can be picked up and carried by one person thanks to the large straps that form a handle. However, you can carry the big case with a companion using the sturdy handles on the sides if you have the case filled up to its capacity.
