Ribbed aluminum external AXAGON EE25-GTR RIBBED box with USB 3.2 Gen2 interface for 2.5 SATA HDD or SSD. The double-sided USB-C connector on the box together with the supplied USB-C -> USB-A cable and USB-A -> USB-C adapter enables a reliable connection to a computer.
Thanks to the fast USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface with a transfer speed of up to 10 Gb/s, the speed of 2.5" SSD disks is not limited. Compared to conventional boxes with a USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface, the transfer speed of this box with SSD disk is about 20% higher. The TRIM feature support limits the gradual degradation of SSD performance over time. Reading S.M.A.R.T. information monitoring the condition of the external drive. Hibernation support for connected disk and box.
The inner box frame fixes well and protects the inserted disk. The ribbed aluminum box body helps cool and protect the drive. Rubber feet restrict movement on the table. The elegant box surface prevents unwanted fingerprints.
